Can you make a custom aluminium profile from my drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing, sketch or sample piece with the alloy, finish and annual volume. Our engineers check feasibility, our own tool room designs and makes the die, and we run a trial and send samples for your approval before production.
What lengths do you supply?
Standard sections are supplied in 15 ft (4.57 m) lengths unless stated otherwise. The press can extrude profiles up to 20 ft (about 6 m), and powder coating takes lengths up to 17 ft. We also cut to length.
Which finishes do you offer?
Mill finish, anodising with controlled film thickness from 0 to 20 µm, and powder coating in the shade you specify. All finishing is done in our own plant.
How do I order a standard section?
Download our 2026 catalogue, which lists more than 240 section numbers with dimensions, wall thickness and weight per length. Quote the section number and wall thickness when you send an enquiry.
Where is your plant, and where do you deliver?
Our 68,000 sq ft works is at Village Khari, Sadhaura Road, Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh, on the Himachal–Haryana border, with an office in Rohini, New Delhi. We supply OEMs across India on scheduled call-offs.
How do you control quality?
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. We cast our own billets and check alloy composition on an optical emission spectrometer, and test parts for tensile strength, hardness and conductivity. OEM teams are welcome to audit the plant.
